Overview
The Master of Property is designed to prepare students for professional practice in the property sector. The program has a strong foundation in property development, appraisal, design, construction and project management. Students will develop strong presentation skills, negotiation and inter-personal skills.
The Master of Property is an AQF Level 9 Masters Conversion qualification with a standard full-time duration of 2 years.
Academic Program Rules for Master of Property
There shall be a Master of Property.
Qualification Requirements
To qualify for the degree of Master of Property, the candidate must complete satisfactorily a program of study consisting of the following courses with a combined total of not less than 48 units, comprising:
- Core courses to the value of 42 units
- Research equivalent courses to the value of 6 units in the form of a research dissertation
