Overview

The Professional Certificate in Education is designed to provide specialist training in any area of Education. Students must have qualified for a degree from the University of Adelaide or a degree from another institution accepted by the Faculty for the purpose as equivalent.
The Professional Certificate in Education is nested within the University's Master of Education program.
Graduates of this program will NOT be eligible for teacher registration.
The Professional Certificate in Education is not an AQF qualification type.

Academic Program Rules for Professional Certificate in Education

There shall be a Professional Certificate in Education.

Qualification Requirements

To qualify for the Professional Certificate in Education, the student must complete satisfactorily a program of study consisting of the following requirements with a combined total of not less than 6 units, comprising:

  1. Core courses to the value of 6 units

Core Courses
