Overview

This program introduces students to the core trends, issues and analyses of contemporary international security. Students will acquire in-depth knowledge of current international security challenges and global politics and develop skills in understanding how these can be managed or mitigated.

The Graduate Diploma International Security is an AQF Level 8 qualification with a standard full-time duration of 1 year.

Academic Program Rules for Graduate Diploma in International Security

There shall be a Graduate Diploma in International Security.

Qualification Requirements

To qualify for the degree of Graduate Diploma in International Security, the student must satisfactorily complete a program of study consisting of the following requirements with a total of not less than 24 units:
1.  Core courses to the value of 24 units.
