Overview

The Professional Certificate in Health Law will provide students with a foundational knowledge of the interplay between law, healthcare, ethics and professionalism. This program is available to both legal and health provider professionals, and this inter-professional collaboration and communication is a particular strength of the program. Seminar-style teaching is employed and the courses are delivered via a series of intensive face to face workshops delivered during the evening, on a week day and on weekends, normally over a two month period. 
The Professional Certificate in Health Law is not an AQF qualification type. The standard duration of the program is one year of part-time study. This program is not available full-time.
This program is available to domestic applicants only.




 

Academic Program Rules for Professional Certificate in Health Law

There shall be a Professional Certificate in Health Law.

Qualification Requirements

To qualify for the Professional Certificate in Health Law, the student must complete satisfactorily a program of study consisting of the following requirements with a combined total of not less than 6 units, comprising:

  1. Core courses to the value of 6 units.
