Overview

The Master of Construction Management is designed to prepare students for professional practice in building and infrastructure. The program has a strong foundation in building and infrastructure across various life cycles such as feasibility, design, construction, operation and disposal. Students will develop strong presentation skills, negotiation and inter-personal skills.
 
The Master of Construction Management is an AQF Level 9 qualification with a standard full-time duration of 2 years.

Academic Program Rules for Master of Construction Management

There shall be a Master of Construction Management .

Qualification Requirements
Academic Program: 

To qualify for the degree of Master of Construction Management, the student must complete satisfactorily a program of study consisting of the following requirements with a combined total of not less than 48 units, comprising:

  1. Core courses to the value of 33 units.
  2. Research Dissertation courses to the value of 6 or 12 units.
  3. Elective courses to the value of 3 or 9 units depending on the Research Dissertation option studied
