Overview

The Professional Certificate in Operational Commercial Law offers students a postgraduate coursework qualification in the specialised field of commercial law applicable to military operations. Core courses in the program incorporate blended learning and face-to-face intensive seminar classes. The program includes a compulsory research dissertation exploring an area of operational commercial law.
 
The Professional Certificate in Operational Commercial Law is not an AQF qualification type. It has a standard duration of 0.5 years part-time.
 
This program is available to domestic applicants only.
 

Conditions

Condition of Admission
Work experience: Applicants must demonstrate current employment or relevant work experience in the area of the commercial law applicable to military operations to be considered for admission to this program.
 

Academic Program Rules for Professional Certificate in Operational Commercial Law

There shall be a Professional Certificate in Operational Commercial Law .

Qualification Requirements
Academic Program: 

To qualify for the Professional Certificate in Operational Commercial Law, the student must complete satisfactorily a program of study consisting of the following requirements with a combined total of not less than 6 units, comprising:

  1. Core courses to the value of 3 units
  2. Applied Research Project to the value of 3 units
