Overview

Space law is an emerging area for exploration, science, innovation and business. The Professional Certificate in Space Law prepares students for the regulatory and policy challenges in that future. Students will learn how to apply principles of space law to solve legal problems and critique the law from ethical and practical perspectives.

The Professional Certificate in Space Law is a non-AQF program with a standard full-time duration of 0.25 years.

Academic Program Rules for Professional Certificate in Space Law

There shall be a Professional Certificate in Space Law.

Qualification Requirements
Academic Program: 

To qualify for the degree of Professional Certificate in Space Law, the student must complete satisfactorily a program of study consisting of any two of the following three courses with a combined total of not less than 6 units.
